Our Business Health Check service is a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed service that involves reviewing your business financial information, analyzing the results, providing strategic insight, and providing forecasts, to help your business continue to grow and make decisions based on a solid understanding of your financials and projections.
This service is best suited for businesses and organizations that are currently in transition between finance leads (such as a Controller or CFO), and still need the continuity of some financial oversight and strategic insight, or that are not quite large enough to be able to bring on a full-time or fractional finance lead, but would still like to keep a regular pulse on their numbers and what they mean in order to continue to grow in an agile, informed, and strategic way.

Frequency Recommendations
We recommend a frequency that is best suited for the action capacity or bandwidth within your organization. If you have the capacity to quickly implement action steps when needed based on your financial information, then a monthly frequency would work best to allow you to be most responsive to your business context.
If you find that it would be difficult to take any action within a matter of weeks in response to the information we provide, then a quarterly cadence may be better suited for you. We can quite easily change the frequency as your business grows and has the capacity to quickly implement action steps.
